NAIADI project, co-funded by Emilia-Romagna region through the POR-FESR 2014-2020 program, has its start on April 1st, 2016. The project gathers Emilia-Romagna’s regional labs and private partners sharing a common aim: build a new “aquatic robot” class with very low environmental impact, named S.Wa.P. (Shallow Water Prospector), to study and monitor submerged habitats. These robots will show different structural features based on surveyed area and will be equipped with geophysical, chemical and environmental tools.
